It then fails to deliver on the main reason someone might be buying this book: It never explains how to turn this information into a workable eating plan. In fact, in several places it says it would be impossible to get all the nutrients you need from modern foods and suggests purchasing supplements. This book is good. It also includes recipes which I really loved This book is good. It also includes recipes which I really loved. It takes time to get used to a healthy diet but if you persevere you reach to a point that you crave healthy food. With this diet you lose weight but slowly, for me at least because I am 61 years old, but I prefer to lose slowly and steadily as the most important thing is your health and this is definitely a healthy diet.
