Eat Better and Feel Better I bought this book for my brother, because I love him dearly and want him to stay healthy and live a long life. There is a lot of good nutrition information in this book and great recipes that are not too difficult or time-consuming to use every day. My brother likes to cook and is expanding his knowledge of healthful cooking for himself and his family. He has given me very enthusiastic feedback about this book, and it is inspiring him to try new foods that he never thought of using before.
