An excellent summary of the state of neurogenic research Brant Cortright’s book is an excellent summary of published neurogenic science. He has assembled the results of most of the clinical trials and done a wonderful job for those of us that want a fast updating on the state of the science. He is not 100 percent accurate. For example, … He is not 100 percent accurate. For example, cognitive games have been clinically proven to work, but he does not appear to agree with that data. He also does not mention Magnesium L-threonate, Taurine or Lithium (trace amounts). He seems out of date on some issues, but overall the book is helpful. I’d check with Life Extension to get the up-to-date information on supplements for cognitive issues.
