Keto under 20 Net Carbs? I’m not so sure about that. I have put several recipes into myfitnesspal recipe builder and it shows as being way off of the net carb count this book gives per serving of recipes.The Chicken Pizza with sundried tomatoes comes out to be 17g net carbs! Where the book states 4.2g of net carbs.Also the Vegetable zucchini bread – the carb count is way off. As with the Mushroom soup, net carbs way off.In other words, if I ate any of these recipes I have put into my fitness pal…

Inaccuracies all through this cookbook. There are tons of inaccuracies in this cookbook. Everything Ive seen says buttermilk is not Keto friendly, tortillas and bread (even low carb options) are not, peanut butter is not. This is just from the breakfast section. If you are strict keto, this is not your cookbook. I would consider it just a low carb cookbook.On the 1st recipe i photographed in you will see it calls for sour cream but for the instructions it says to stir in yogurt.
